What topics do you feel comfortable coaching in?

The great thing about this kind of coaching is that you, the client, are the specialist regarding yourself, while I, the coach, am the specialist on the types of conversation that help you develop your understanding and movement toward your desired change. The coach is not trying to teach you or counsel you, but assist you in exploring the feelings, thoughts, wisdom and values you have inside already.

The changes you are seeking may be external (in your environment) or internal (within yourself). They may involve your relationships, your work, education, health, your spiritual development, or your personal goals. The conversations we have can help you in any domain of your life. I am comfortable supporting you in just about any area people typically seek a change for the better.
